Join Carers First for this event which promotes heath and wellbeing, features advice, information and workshops.

This event is open to carers, cared for, family, friends and professionals, no need to book! Just come along and chat with our friendly Carer Support Advisers and staff on the day.

The event will also feature a sketch and snap walk, as well as a guided tour of Cressing Temple Barns and its Tudor Walled Garden.
