Chelmsford Radio Drama Festival: Writers Workshop
A radio drama writing workshop with expert Robin Brooks which ends with a recorded performance of the work in front of an audience.
If you've ever fancied a go at writing drama for radio then sign up here.
Chelmsford Radio Drama Festival is delighted to welcome expert Robin Brooks to help support a session in which our participants will devise a plot and script for a short radio drama.
Learn more about the writing process, get some tips for your own pieces and work as a team to not only produce a new script but see it through to take part in a recorded performance in front of an audience.
The workshop takes place in a classroom at the Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford Campus. There will be some short refreshment breaks during the day and then a longer break for participants to get some dinner before we transfer to a Lecture Theatre for the recorded performance.
Supported by the Essex County Council Arts and Cultural Fund.
